SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

All products sold via the website www.gurelaksesuar.com.

CUSTOMER

Any real or legal person who purchases products through www.gurelaksesuar.com. Hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

TAX

All product prices include Value Added Tax (VAT). Tax-free sales are not available.

MEMBER INFORMATION

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Address and contact details are mandatory for delivery and legal obligations.

PRICING POLICY

GUREL BIJUTERI reserves the right to change product prices on the website. Typographical errors are excluded.

PRODUCT STOCK

Products displayed on the website are generally in stock. Out-of-stock information is clearly stated on product pages.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Orders become valid only after confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

PAYMENT

Customers may choose from available payment methods. GUREL BIJUTERI may change payment options at any time. Payment data is protected securely.

DELIVERY

Orders are prepared within 2 business days and shipped via logistics companies operating in Turkey. Delivery delays caused by carriers are not the responsibility of GUREL BIJUTERI.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees may apply and are clearly stated during checkout. No additional charges will be applied after order completion.

RETURNS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective products will be replaced, exchanged or refunded after inspection. Warranty terms apply where applicable. Returned products must be sent with original packaging and invoice.

OTHER TERMS

Customers may return unused products within 5 days from invoice date.
GUREL BIJUTERI is not responsible for system or calculation errors.
Force majeure events release both parties from obligations.
Customers are deemed to accept all terms by placing an order.
